Investigation Driven
Classic point-and-click mechanics. Examine clues, interview witnesses, piece together fragments of truth from contradictory accounts.
Investigate the disappearance of the Astromancer. Explore Tesla, Crowley, and the geometry underlying reality. Four equally valid endings—game never confirms which is true.
The Astromancer has vanished. Left behind: cryptic notes referencing Nikola Tesla's lost experiments, Aleister Crowley's occult diagrams, and geometric patterns that seem to underlie reality itself.
You're hired to investigate. The deeper you dig, the more you realize this isn't about finding someone—it's about understanding what they discovered. Science or magic? Technology or mysticism? Perhaps the distinction was always an illusion.
Signal & Sigil offers four distinct endings, each based on different interpretations of the evidence. The game never tells you which is correct. Your truth depends on what you choose to believe.
Classic point-and-click mechanics. Examine clues, interview witnesses, piece together fragments of truth from contradictory accounts.
Explore lost experiments and theoretical technologies. What did Tesla discover that never made it into history books?
Decode occult symbols and ritual diagrams. Are they psychological tools, literal magic, or something stranger?
Patterns repeat across science and mysticism. Fibonacci sequences, golden ratios, crystalline structures. What do they reveal?
Scientific, mystical, synthesis, or conspiracy. Each interpretation is supported by evidence. None are confirmed as "correct."
Every scene painted with care. Atmospheric environments blend turn-of-century aesthetics with esoteric symbolism.
Signal & Sigil explores the thin boundary between science and mysticism. Tesla saw the universe as vibration and frequency. Crowley described reality as will made manifest. Were they describing the same thing in different languages?
The game doesn't answer this question—it asks you to sit with ambiguity. Reality might be objective, or it might be consensus. The Astromancer's disappearance forces you to confront what you believe about the nature of existence itself.
Some players will find a scientific explanation satisfying. Others will embrace the mystical. Some will synthesize both. And some will conclude the whole thing is an elaborate conspiracy. All paths are valid. None are confirmed.
Signal & Sigil is designed for PC and Mac. Point-and-click adventures work best with mouse/trackpad precision.
Estimated 6-8 hours for a thorough first playthrough. Multiple endings encourage replaying with different perspectives.
No. The game deliberately avoids confirming any interpretation as correct. Your conclusion is yours to own.
No prior knowledge required. The game introduces concepts organically through investigation. History buffs will find Easter eggs, but newcomers won't feel lost.
It's atmospheric and mysterious but not horror. Think Twin Peaks meets Myst—strange and contemplative rather than frightening.
